Each session is crafted to keep young minds active and excited about reading and learning, ensuring they return to school in the fall ready and ahead of the curve.

Winter planning. Summer confidence. We would love to support your child this summer.

Summer may feel far away, but now is the perfect time to plan ahead.

What Parents Have to Say about READ Summer Groups

Read was the perfect jumpstart to Kindergarten. Our daughter had a great time and loved learning to read with her instructors. As a teacher myself, I appricated the personalized attention, hands-on approach and evidence-based curriculum. I’d recommend READ to any parent.
— Sanni C.
I am so glad I signed my rising kindergartener and third grader up for summer reading groups! We were really pleased with the small size of the groups and the high quality instructors. For my kindergartener it really helped him to work on his beginning reading fundamentals before heading into school. It absolutely increased his confidence, and he was so proud to share what he worked on after each of his sessions. We were given concrete things to practice at home between sessions. For my third grader, the weekly summer reading groups helped us keep in the learning mindset over summer when (I’ll be honest) we weren’t doing any formal work on skills at home outside of reading for fun. I think the weekly sessions helped my daughter stay on track and hit the ground running when school started back. Highly recommend!
— Tyler H.
Our family has completed several READ programs for our young readers this past year including individual, group and “Surviving the Summer Slide”. The progress our second grader has made is incredible. He is enjoying books at and above his grade level. Both our rising kindergartener and second grader completed the summer group giving both of them confidence going into the school year. We’re so grateful for the positive learning environment these programs have created.”
— Lauren N.
